| The DPRK is showing they understand the basic rules of information warfare in the area known as "Perception Management". All you have to do is let your opponent's press come up with some crackpot attacking his government and then cite it to the world as "see, we were right all along". Something bogus about a 16-year-old "officer" in the US Army in 1950 which any of us who have served see as highly suspect, but in IW those things are ignored as long as the message can be spun to hit a target audience (third world denizens and the BAF crowd).
