RE: Japanese Involvement in the K.W.

Ye we did need the Japanese.
They were in China for twenty Years.
I cannot believe we did not use intellgence data or some resources from
the Japanese and or General Chiang .

When I was there I had a Japanese friend about my age (too young for
WW11)
who was in the Japanese military reserve or whatever. He told me that he and
his comrades would have given anything to be involved (on our side) but they
were absolutely prohibited by, I believe he said, their constitution. He was
in intelligence and I believed him.
I can imagine the stir if we had used them, and we didn't need them
anyway.
