Thanks, Ed. I know this is off topic. I, too, see Cookie's email in bold -
which is really what makes it tough, rather than the font itself. I've got
my messages set to be received in Verdana, 10 point, but Cookie's alone come
out in a different font - Times New Roman - and bolded. I'll play around
with it and see if I can adjust it.
