Fernández: Latin Sabre Ace over Korea.

I had been always interested in the story of the 3rd high scoring US Korean 
ace: Captain Manuel John "Pete" Fernández Jr (14.5 MiG kills). According to 
the public info, his scoreboard was:
October 4 1952, 1 MiG
November 20 1952, 1 MiG
December 16 1952, 1 MiG
January 14 1953, 1 MiG
February 18 1953, 1 MiG
March 9 1953, 1 MiG
March 14 1953, 1 MiG
March 21 1953, 2 MiGs
April 17 1953, 1 MiG
May 8 1953, 1 MiG
May 10 1953, 1 + 0.5 (shared kill) MiGs.
May 16 1953, 1 MiG.
Due to I am a Latin too, I've been always fascinated by his story. However, 
despite he lived until 1980 (he out-lived all the remaining top US aces; 
McConnell, Jabara and Davis) I never found a book with personal accounts of 
his MiG kills. Addittionally, I would like to know how many of his victories 
are confirmed by Soviet sources. Any of you knows something about it?
