Where can I get some of this information? The Mustang was 15mph faster.
If they were ROC aircraft, do we have any history of their combat sorties?

There were apparently no confirmed fights between F-51s and La-9/11s in Korea. The Soviets claim that those which took place in China during 1949-50 were all decided in the favor of the La-11s, whose heavier armament of 3 x 23mm guns could blow the Mustang away before it could escape.
Note that these were ROC flown aircraft.
