army veteran ed daily of no gun ri fame is being sued by the u s
government for benefits which included 324,911 in monetery payments that
were wired to his bank and 87,928 in medical care for his claimed
service connected disabilities from 1986 to oct of 2001 from te dept of
vet affairs and its predecessor the vets admin  which is based on an
application he filed listing the injury and claiming pow status
daily was indicted on a charge of wire fraud.  u s attorney richard
clippard says daily has not been arrested.
