I will second it!

South Korea is now strong enough to defend itself; and both South
& North have signed non-aggression pact and are trying to improve their relations. We should encourage this peace process by supporting S-N dialogue, instead of trying to restart the Korean War by inflaming and threatening N.Korea.

Also remember that it costs us billions of dollars each year to
maintain our troops in S.Korea.
