RE: Ryzhkov

Is anyone in contact with the Russian pilots that flew in Korea?
If so do they give clear feedback or do they stretch the events?

Spelling seems to be optional with many of the Russian texts. Naboka spells one name one way, Seidov and German another, and Pepelyayev may have a third or just use nicknames (e.g. Sasha, Fedya, Shura, etc.)

It plays hob with trying to sort out a list of pilots. I have one of over 1100 and am not too trusting of some of the names. However, the 196th is one of the best covered and most consistent.
