Ed,

Seems you are forgetting that Rhee's forces were put
under MacA's "UN"command already.
So legally speaking, when Rhee's forces crossed,
with MacA's tacit approval, "UN" forces crossed on Oct. 1.

I wonder what kind report MacA made to the UN
about that.
