The number look much better - except US KIA and ROK
KIA are off by one order of magnitude (typos, I am sure).
Now, several history books claim that 3 million
South Koreans and as many as 5 million North Koreans died during the
war.
Well, there were about 35 million Koreans -
about 11 million in the north - in Korea when the war broke out. The figure of 5
million would mean about 1 of 2 North Koreans were killed.
As I recall, an CIA head count indicates no more
than 2 million dead in North Korea - and much less in South Korea.
