It seems people (NK/SK) are worried about Bush's plan to nuke them.  Apparently, Seoul gov has not seen the plan (??).

 

I am sure that this plan (or its origin) goes back to 1950-51, but why does Bush (or whoever) highlight it now?

 

Is it a warning against bin landen's suspected nuclear plan? 

Or is it a prelude to resuming the Korean War?

 

 

I am wondering where I can get a copy of this plan?
