Mike,

Volume 2 has a very good section on Korea which covers RAVEN operations and the radar suite in use by the Soviets and the UAF.

Volume 1 is very good on WWII, especially if you read it with R. V. Jones' "The Wizard War".

I haven't picked up Volume 3 yet. Too bad that the series spends so little time covering ground operations.
