BTW, Park Jung Hee had a secret nuke program going in South Korea, but it was supposedly shut down by Uncle Sam.

After WW2...what has Japan been experiencing since the two detonation at Nagasaki and Horoshima?  They have rebuilt the two cities.

Was the US conducting any studies to monitor long term effect?
If so did this evolve any decisions or policies regarding Korea?
Can you direct me to any books or articles?
