For some reason part of my message never got through, I suggested you might want to read,"East of Chosin" by Appleman, "Chosin" by Hammel, "Breakout" by Russ or "Marine Operations in Korea",Volume 3, by Montross and Canzona-written primarily from the Marine point of view, but deals with Task Force Faith in a rather objective manner. The Pvt. Ransom I mentioned was an Army GI with Task Force Faith that was very critical of the behavior of the officers of Task Force Faith.
