This is a program which allows you to screen your ISP email prior to
downloading it.
If you don't like what you see, delete it. Or better, bounce it.
About the only thing Spammers will respond to (excepting legislation in
their home country) is the fear of wasting money by spamming dead email
addresses. Ad-Aware makes it look as if they have a dead address when you
bounce it.
