It would seem that the only ones who think there was anything illegal
about the U.N. action in Korea are the John2 and the Pyongyang gang.

...and the Soviets had walked out, attempting to pressure the UN to
recognise mainland China instead of Taiwan China. No veto, no comeback. All
that was left for them was to grouse about it.
