During the Korean war Camp Otsu in Japan was used as a rehab base for American wounded, Prior to that I believe it was an American Army base (38 Regiment-2nd Division?). But that during W W 2 it was the Japanese Naval academy. Can anyone verify this info? Thank you in advance. Lee N. Mead
