Well, in the US, relatively "few" people have ever heard of the Korean War.
 But most folks with a fair foundation in the politics of Asia since 1945
are aware of the residual ROC presence on the Burmese Border which
supported itself by opium dealing.  However, I believe the last of these
forces was evacuated through Burma around 1962.
