The problem seems to be that some of these people have become complacent about the mines. They live there all their lives and never see one blow. A few of the braver souls take a chance a sneak out to gather herbs and such. They get by with this many times. Then an old man goes out and steps on a mine and boom He is dead.

Whose at fault? The crying liberals say the government. The conservative says the man. When a sign is put up and Korean and English that should be enough to warn anyone old enough to read to keep away Now some of the lawyers want their piece of the pie.
