Haven't seen your patch. But it is probably triangular, on a blue background, seven yellow stairs, with a red triangle in the middle. If so, it is the patch of the Seventh Army, created by Gen Patton before the Sicily invasion in WWII. Supposed to represent the phrase, "Born at Sea, Baptized in Blood, Crowned in Glory".Does that fit the description of your patch?

Can anyone tell me if a patch (showing up/down stairs) w/ the insignia 'Seven Steps to Hell' was from the Korean War and the meaning of such?

Thanks, Dave
