Hi Jhk and Cookie-

   Maybe I can add something here for what it's worth. I spent a lot of time 
listening to these guys and we used to laugh like crazy at them. I can't see 
them having  any success in those days except by accident. Bayonette warfare 
was "hightech" for them.
   A popular cartoon showed a big teeter toter at the bottom of a cliff. 
There is a rocket on one end. At the top of the cliff are 1 million Chinese 
ready to jump on the other end and launch the rocket. Don't laugh, it 
probably happened.
