Maj. George E. Cilley's report  573339     AHFKB­OPN GEC/ak  "Kim Koo : Background Information concerning assassination" (6.29.1949) is at the US Army History Center (?) in Pennsylvania.   Anyone has a copy of this?   I have a Korean translation but not the original English copy.

This paper comes up many ways on my computer, but none of them can be close
to considered to being in English. Did you use a translator?
