Is anyone aware of any reliable statistics on the
number of Koreans killed accidentally during the
Korean War in things like traffic accidents?

This article shows that even today in peacetime,
Korean nationals are killed in tragic accidents from
time-to-time by US forces.

U.S. Army vehicle kills 2 S. Korean teens

Two 13-year-old South Korean girls were killed
Thursday when they were run over by a U.S. Army
armored vehicle bridge carrier as they walked along a
highway north of Seoul, according to the U.S. 8th Army
and Korean police.
