If Koreans are left alone, it is most likely that both Koreas will
continue or enhance current policy of peaceful co-existence and cooperation.
It is highly unlikely for them to restart the War at this time
since both sides are afraid of destroying what they have
rebuilt so far and their military strengths are quite comparable.
S.K. is also much stronger in economic terms, and it may even
be able to absorb N.K. in the future through economic exchanges.
