I agree with Ed.  This was just one of the many
incidents since the Armistice was implemented.  

The ROK-US Combined Forces Command HQ will know when
the Armistice ends and the war really resumes once the
nK 240mm rockets begin impacting on the HQ compound at
Yongsan in Seoul.  I have no faith at all that our
intelligence bureacracy will be able to give an
unambiguous warning prior to resumption of the war.
