BUT it does have a direct relation...
We are examining similar alliances and conditions that existed in the 50's
The Intentions and the political scopes and solutions for prevention for war
or deciding to go to war.  So how can you say this is not related..just
becasue it is not 1950
Where do you go so you can look outside this box.?
