I am currently reading Air War Korea 1950-1953, by Robert Jackson, which covers the entire air war, with multiple chapters concerning the MiG vis Sabre air campaigns. It also has appendices identifying Air Aces, Other Notable Air Combat Victories, and FEAF and Fifth AF Orders of Battle for the various periods in the war.

It's a pretty good read.
