Just found this out, Japan manufactured Fuel Tanks for the F86 and other AC in
Korea.
Yes, and all of the air historians like Dorr and Thompson noted them as very dangerous as they separated badly from the F-86. Later they were painted OD to warn the pilots they were carrying Japanese tanks so they would take a different action to ensure a clean break.
