Later, when they were resupplied, Kim Il Sung did not want to lose his "status" symbol on meaningless attacks. Unlike his propaganda folks he knew full well that they would be shredded in combat with any US aircraft.
Most attacks were in small numbers and extremely erratic in both tactics and effects.
The only major bombing raids were by the PLAAF and after the 30 November 1951 debacle were never used again.
