KPAFAC losses don't enter on anyone's scope. They never admit to having lost
a single aircraft while shooting down nearly 5,800 UN aircraft, which is
patently ridiculous.
As for KPAFAC or PLAAF training losses, those vary widely by source. One of
the Russians, IIRC Abakumov, claimed they lost some 850 aircraft in trainintg
but that seems way too high by any standard, considering that combined the
KPAFAC and PLAAF had only about 500 aircraft by July 1953 (in the area of
combat, not throughout China).
