RE: coming home

I remember a sign I saw years ago - The Lark Rooms, 10 Georgia Street, Vallejo. A dollar an inch - over ten inches, they pay you.
Speaking of Vallejo, Does anyone remember the Horse Scow, a submariner hangout visible for their model submarine on the roof ? Lots of memorabilia of the submarine service. Hope it went somewhere it is taken care of.

As I remember, it was "Finochios," and the place was oriented towards those of the third sex. There was a bar on Georgia Street in Vallejo (or as we called it Valley-Jo) that had an advertisement in its window with two photos side by side. One photo was of a man, and another was the same person in female drag at "Finochios." Wasn't that in the International Settlement in S.F.?
