How about a very senior Army officer experiencing difficulty trying to disassemble his .45 to clean it without first removing the full magazine. It got a little scary until I volunteered to clean the weapon for him.

We were once dug in around some tankers. They were all armed with carbines. We dreaded it when they decided to clean these weapons. It sounded like WW III. We found our holes when the first round accidentally went off. I think some of those guys ever learned to unload those things first!
