280mm and HoJo are short-range tactical weapons designed to stop massive armored formations attacking, not offensive use going the other way. When those weapons were introduced the goal was no more June 1950s, not obliteration of North Korea.

Which USAF missiles were those? Matador, Mace, or something else?
