I read that claim.  However, anyone can post anything on
a web site so unless they can provide a cite, it remains
simply a claim, not a proven fact.

Again, this is often "circular confirmation."  That is, one person
will use uncited information from one source to "confirm" something
they write.  News media do it all the time.
