Wow, this sure is weird.  I didn't expect a response from anyone.  I'm glad
you wrote.

Well, here's the setup, I wanted to get political or military info on the
conditions in Korea.  Time period being from 1947-Jun. 24,1950.  I've read
about 8 different books, all of whom are secondary sources (book writers,
doctorate students, political scientists, etc.)  I am trying to get in touch
with folks who were on the ground, in the area.  Folks who may have been a
part of K.M.A.G., journalists, or anyone who would've actually seen
conditions, possibly without biases that would swayed their view of what was
actually going on.  The problem I'm seeing is, most of those interviewed for
books or magazine articles tend to be biased.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
