Xmas in 50-53

I will add an amen to that -  Season's Greetings to you all.

I spent Xmas of 1950 on an ROKN LST, an evacuation ship from Hungnam.  There was no celebration, no Santa Claus for us aboard the ship.  Few of us knew that it was Xmas.  In fact, few of us, being from North Korea, knew what Xmas was all about.  Under the Japanese rule, Xmas was not celebrated and, of course, no Xmas in North Korea.

Thanks Ed.  I would say Happy Holidays to everyone,
but I'm old-fashioned so I'll just say Mery Christmas.
