Re: Check out Browning Automatic Rifle

Well I think I am 25 still...
I am a Goalie in over 40 Soccer League.
I come out bruised but I say this.. I am getting back my old reflexes.
Last year I could not lift 20# and worked my health back so I can play again.

BUT is sure amazes you what we use to do when we were young and supple.
My next task is to get my Bruised Heals on my feet so I can run a 10k race.

I want to stay as fit as long as possible. Getting inspiration from a neighbor that
ran the NY Marathon at 85 years old.

Merry Christmas Bob..

HAHAHAHA. DF, I think the 53 years that have passed since I wore a BAR ammo belt now causes me to grunt when I lift 20 pounds. Bob Dove

Ths differnce is that you could shoulder the Ammoand the Legs take the weight... The Rifle you could get a solid grip and could hold it close to your center of balance. The ability to grip makes a big diference picking up bulky items..  DF

It is hard to realize they weighed just a pound and a half less than the sack of dog food that causes me to grunt as I lift it out of my hatchback. I wonder how much the ammo belt that I wore as asst. BAR man weighed.

I hope y'all have a good Christmas, and a whole bunch more of happy new years.

Bob

Gene the BAR was 18.5 lbs
