Re: Korean War & Vietnam War

JK, to imagine that the SK's initiated the war, one must presume that Rhee would hunt mountain lions with pea shooters. Rhee was well aware of the Military Strength of the North. No doubt there were cross border incidents prior to the NKPA attack, but the North was the perpetrator of the war. The South sure as hell didn't invade the North.

Sandy,

I guess we just have a different perspective on the War.
Please don't pretend that you know more about Korean War
than others in this List!  We need to be a little more humble in
acknowledging our ignorance about the origin of the War.

Although many Americans assume that the North attacked the South on
June 25, there have been some good scholars and journalists, like IF Stone,
who thought that the South initiated the attack. And I don't think
we can definitely say as yet that their theory is completely wrong.
