I have the same problem cracking, peeling. flaking. I am now using an oitment called Fingers Skin cream ReliOn is the tm name. It is over the counter cream and works for me. My fingers crack till they bleed and hurt like the devil. Put it on every night and it really helps. Don,t know of a cure guess it is old age and lots of abuse to hands.
