Jerry:
I have similar problems with both hands and both feet. The VA determined
it was related to military service. They diagnosed it as chronic peripheral
polyneurophy- residual of cold injury. The doctors suggest double gloves and
heavy socks. I live in New England and it really bothers me in the winter.
