RE: 'US Soldiers Abused PoWs During The Korean War'

Racism was a problem in the United States, but we are working on it. Look at Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice and thee Black Caucus in congress. Look at what happened to a senator who misspoke. Ask any black soldier whether Japan or the United States South is more racist. Ask how much Hispanics are willing to pay, and what risks they are willing to take, to get into this "racist" country. How many South Koreans are sneaking into North Korea? Even today, in Africa, the blacks prosper only where they have adopted American style laws and customs.

Ir is quite true that Europeans have / had racist attitudes, not just the rits.  The Dutch 'Boers' (which means farmer in our language), which colonised South Afrika created te appartheid laws.

As I said before Amerikaans are not the only ones which mistreat PWs.  It is standaard for enemies to villify en dehumaanis each the other.  The Brits, French, Amerikaans a lijk all expressed racist attiutdes in Korea, en in all other wars.  Amerika, however, had the raciaal segregations laws at that time.  Amerika is not the worst country in the world, nor was it the best at that time.

'Slant-eyed' bastrds was a standaards epthet in Korea, as was it in Vietnam en the Segund wereld War. From Amerikaans propaganda films from Koreaan war time show cartoon of slanted-eye evil soldiers of Noord Korea with large teeth, swarthy skin, enz. wat is differewnt now?

When Arabs are portrayed in media, they are evil 'terrorists', bent to destroy the wereld. Have Amerikaans racist arttitudes really changed since Koreaans time?
