Kevin, as I recall, I had no problem as my Ike Jackets fit
just above my hips and the bottom flap buttoned snug enough to keep it snug
around my waist. Of course I had a solid 32-inch waist then and
didn't have to worry about tugging down on it. Ah yes.....Those Were

Here is a off the wall
question for you all. How did you manage to keep the Ike jackets coving
the waist belts? From what I have read the Army kept shortening the
coats and the wearing was always tugging at the coat.
