I don’t currently have access to all my KPA OOB files, however, the only
813 that I can find relates to the APO (Army Post Office) number for
the 1st Anti-Invasion Engineer Battalion based in the Pyongyang area in
1950.

845th Air Regiment
877th Air Force Unit

Both of these, however, date to 1950.
