Re: History paper: What effect did the war have on the world today?

Dear Monica;

I was in the 1st Marine Div. 1st Amtrac Bn. spring and summer campaign of 53.
At the time I thought we fought a draw. Today this land shows in stark contrast
the failure of socialism. Every hate America leftist should be required to have a
satelite night photo of the Korean peninsula on his living room wall. Every Korean
vet should be given one

Subject: History paper: What effect did the war have on the world today?

Hello, My name is Monica Wilson and I am a student at Andrew College. My history class is writing papers about the Cold War and the Korean War. The Korean War paper has to be about what started the war, what happened in the war, and what effect did the war have on the world today. My question to the people who fought in the Korean War is what are your opinions about who won and who lost. If someone could be of any help I would appreciate it. I am sending this from Beth Cullom’s e-mail address.

Thanks,

Monica Wilson
