Yep, John. Can you imagine what the doughboys who fought in the trenches in World War I given for a few of those things? It would have made going "over the top" a heckuva lot easier.

I thing the DoD should talk to the troops who do the ground fighting as to what they would like for air support, not those safe in Washington.

I just wish we could have had the helicopter gun ships like those in Nam.  They could have gone right up the hill ahead of us.
