Come to think of it, I did see a quad 50 once. Could have been on a
halftrack, but I was so impressed with the way they were working a hillside
over it just never registered. I respect the 50 caliber.

I remember the half tracks as having quad 50 cal machine guns, as we had
them
covering us on 22 April 51 on the over run.   When those guns were fired,
the
half tracks used to just about rock and roll.
