I am aware of the basic techniques of Intenet research.  I am also well aware that supersonic flight occurred before the beginning of the Korean War--1947, I believe.  That does not mean that every aircraft built after that date was supersonic; in fact, it took a number of years before regular combat aircraft, as opposed to experimental craft like the X-1, were fielded.  The F-86 could not reach supersonic speed in level flight, which is the usual criterion for supersonic capability.
