As far as I know the KLO was formed in 1949 and its founding members were
Baik-yi-sa agents - commonly known as the Yong-san (sp?) gansters. Col. Geh
took over the KLO command in 1950 and his units participate in the Inchon
operation and also in the Yalu operation - described in your book - Dark
Moon. Both were KLO operations. It is interesting that Geh does not
mention the loss of his troops in the Yalu operation.
BWT, the ROKN officer in question wrote his version in a Korean journal.
