Right, Dan -

One key factor SK has to take into account is its economic stake in Arab
nations.  As you know SK has large construction projects in Libya, Saudi
Arabia, Egypt, etc., and dispatching troops to Iraq may place these
multi-billion dollars projects in jeopardy.
