Jose,

The problems come up when the Russians (or Chinese) pooh-pooh American claims 
and then, usually in the same sentence, claim they won the battle with more 
losses. The problem is one has to look at the entire statement (especially with 
Seidov/German) as in some cases they boast that what was 5 US claims to 2 
admitted losses should have read 2 US claims and 6 Soviet claims (e.g. US losses) 
but that three pilots went MIA and were not accounted for (3 + 2 = 5, at 
least on this side of the Equator!) 

It's a never-ending struggle. I wish (like Joe) Naboka would continue with 
his books (he promised three, did one, and hasn't been heard from since.)
